Bryan J. Carey

Chief Financial Officer

Bryan Carey oversees the fiscal management and financial integrity of 21st Century Oncology programs, activities and resources through budget administration, program analysis, risk control and strategic planning.

Constantine A. Mantz, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer / Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations / Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Constantine “Connie” Mantz joined 21st Century Oncology in 2000 and has served in his current capacity as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations since 2009. Dr. Mantz is Board Certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology. At 21st Century Oncology, as an area expert, he leads the company’s focus on the study and treatment of prostate and breast cancer.

Norton L. Travis

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Norton Travis moved into his current role in 2008 after having served as 21st Century Oncology’s outside general counsel for the prior five years. Presently, Mr. Travis oversees the company’s legal department, working in concert with internal department heads to ensure each operation is consistent and compliant with federal, state and local regulations. He negotiates and implements physician, joint venture, and vendor contracts, mergers and acquisitions, along with working closely with outside counsel.

Eduardo Fernandez, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.R.O.

Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs / Medical Director for Latin America / Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Eduardo Fernandez joined 21st Century Oncology in 1998 and has served as the company's Director of Regional Operations and Senior Vice President of Physician Management in the past. In his current role, he is responsible for the oversight and support of the physician, hospital and service provider networks strategy. As a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Fernandez also continues to be deeply involved with patient care.

Antoine Agassi

Senior Vice President / Chief Information Officer

Antoine Agassi manages the information technology and computer systems that support 21st Century Oncology’s physician practices and administrative needs. Facilitating secure exchange of information and enhanced quality, safety and efficiency, Mr. Agassi is responsible for implementing processes and practices accompanying the flow of information along with technology infrastructure.

Gary Delanois

Senior Vice President, Multispecialty Operations

Gary Delanois joined 21st Century Oncology in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Multispecialty Operations. With the goal of creating a seamless approach among multiple care specialties, Mr. Delanois facilitates health care integration to provide comprehensive care toward the best individualized treatment plan and best possible outcome for patients.
